Daxter Turns 1!
We’re taking a short break from the regularly scheduled post-cruise post (heh) for this very special occasion! Everybody please join me in wishing a very happy first birthday to Daxter!!

To celebrate, I took Daxter to Dogma Bakery and Wylie Wagg to pick up some birthday treats!
Don’t worry, I didn’t give it all to them! Not yet, anyway… hehe. The pups waited in rapt anticipation:
Harry was giving Daxter some serious evil eye… a little jealous of the attention, I think!
But don’t worry, he got to reap the benefits of the celebration too, of course! A “Peamutt Butter” muffin for each, yumyum!
They finished every scrumptious bite, and then licked the crumbs off the floor! Guess I don’t need to mop today, huh? Happy Birthday, puppy! Yes, there may be chewing, pooping, barking, whining, and other general puppyness, but I couldn’t imagine life without you!

I think I’m in love with these doggies! <3 I couldn't imagine my life without them either! They make excellent roommates.
Oh my gosh. ADORABLE. I have to ask what breed Dexter is. He almost looks like a white Scottie! (My husband and I have a black Scottie named Horatio.)

Thanks, Liz! Daxter is a white miniature schnauzer, so not too far off from the Scottie breed (terrier love, hehe!)
